Absorbed in a deep state of meditation they sensed how the building blocks of nature, the five elements, influenced human physiology.  They observed planetary movements and their effects on humans and the Earth.  They discovered medicinal plants and developed therapies to help mankind overcome diseases of all sorts.

In their effort to remove suffering the sages recorded their findings by creating these scriptural bodies of knowledge as guiding lights to a happy and healthy life.

Each individual has a specific mental, emotional, physical and spiritual constitution.  Ayurveda and Vedic astrology help us discover our innate, unique makeup and suggest ways to optimize our strengths and overcome weaknesses, allowing us to reach our highest potential in life.
